Who we are
At Wildwood Flow, the practice is simple: breathe with intention, move with awareness, and make space for stillness. Our approach focuses on strength, mobility, and clarity—not perfection. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced; you just show up and practice at your own pace.
I’m a communications professional and former high school educator who came to yoga as a way to balance the many responsibilities in my life—and never looked back. I first turned to yoga seeking grounding, clarity, and a steadier mind. Over time, the practice became more than movement—it became reflective, stabilizing, and a way to connect with others learning to slow down and breathe. It has helped me grow stronger, more patient, and more at home in myself, while connecting me to a community that values presence and authenticity.
I’m currently completing my Yoga Alliance Certified 200-Hour Teacher Training, with a focus on guiding students of all experience levels. My teaching style is straightforward, grounding, and accessible. No pressure. No performance. Just breath, movement, and presence. I specialize in yoga for men, creating a comfortable space to build strength, mobility, and mindfulness—but everyone is always welcome.
Upon completion of my certification, Wildwood Flow will begin offering private sessions, workplace classes, and accessible donation-based practices—because yoga should be available to anyone who needs it. I also plan to host future yoga retreats in beautiful Jefferson County, West Virginia, where nature and stillness meet.
My aim is simple: to help you meet yourself on the mat—exactly where you are.
Breathe deep. Stay grounded. Welcome.
